The Grounded Networking Conference 2025 was truly transformational! Over 400 young students and young professionals gathered in a tangible atmosphere of faith and inspiration, participating in various segments including keynote talks, industry-focused workshops, insightful panel discussions, networking sessions and more. Participants heard from 30 industry-leading speakers, spanning multiple industries and representing top companies, including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Clifford Chance, Google, Morgan Stanley and more. Keynote talks were given by Lord Dr Michael Hastings CBE, a distinguished global leader and member of the House of Lords, and Victor Sosanya, an award-winning researcher, speaker and entrepreneur. Panel discussions led participants on a journey where they heard from speakers ranging from young professionals/ entrepreneurs to seasoned senior leaders in global companies. The 'Ministry Beyond Walls' panel explored ministry beyond the four walls of the Church, featuring individuals who had used the Gospel message to impact their world, whilst in collaboration with Premier Gospel, we heard from a variety of Christian influencers/creatives on the importance of staying grounded in Christ. Workshops gave practical insights into various industries: Entrepreneurship, Finance, Legal, STEM and Healthcare, with panellists at different points in their careers, allowing for attendees to connect with speakers at the level that they were at. During lunch, participants were encouraged to network with others, with the opportunity to have a live CV review from dedicated recruiters/senior leaders, allowing for real-time feedback. The conference was truly a transformational time with many testimonies, leaving lasting impact of spiritual edification with practical insight, elevating participants to their next level!

Grounded Networking Conference 2024 was our inaugural conference hosting over 80 attendees who heard from 10 speakers across diverse industries. The Grounded vision came to life, providing a space for edification, equipping and empowerment through faith-filled discussions, inspiring conference segments and both vertical and horizontal mentoring. The conference consisted of keynote talks, panel discussions, a testimony segment and themed workshops covering a variety of topics from "Transferable Skills from Ministry to the Workplace" to "Excellence: The Money Magnet Skill".

Following our launch in London in 2024 and the success of GNC '25, we received a number requests from various locations expressing a desire to be a part of the Grounded movement. This birthed a global mission - the Grounded in Your City (GYC) campaign - designed to take the Grounded Networking Conference experience, vision and impact to cities around the world. This campaign launched with GYC Glasgow on Saturday 1st of November, 2025. The Conference was truly transformational. Over 80 in-person attendees from across Scotland gathered to hear from and connect with over 20 faith-driven speakers, consisting of industry leaders, senior executives, entrepreneurs and more, representing over 6 different industry sectors. Panel discussions such as the Ministry Beyond Walls panel highlighted how believers can penetrate the corporate world by activating their faith, living a purpose-led life and taking ministry beyond the confines of the church. The Senior Executives and Young Professionals panels featured exceptional talents at varying stages of the career ladder, providing personal insights into their professional journeys and practical tips for career progression. Industry-specific workshops in Entrepreneurship, Finance, STEM and Healthcare provided targeted, actionable advice, with speakers ranging from recent graduates to seasoned experts, enabling an interactive environment where attendees could ask focused questions relevant to their career stage. During the networking segment, participants had the opportunity to engage directly with speakers and peers over light refreshments, opening the door to mentorship, career guidance and meaningful professional connections. Attendees were truly left equipped, empowered and edified for purpose!
